[Spell][Core] DoTs—HoTs refreshing improperly, in Quest.
Current Behavior (The current behavior of the reported function):
DoTs sometimes get way longer duration than theyre supposed to get when you spam refresh them, as you see in that link i posted.
Correct Behavior (The correct behavior of the reported function):
Max duration of the specific DoT which ive used to prove theres an issue should be 13.03s(base duration) + 2.61s(maximum time before the next tick)
This is most likely tied to the fix for DoTs and HoTs clipping Arta did, looks like the dot adds all the ticks that are left on a refresh instead of just glueing an another base duration to the time till the next tick.
Simply, when you refresh a DoT or a HoT, the new duration should be = Base duration + Time till the next tick.
How to reproduce the bug (How did this happen?):
1. Spam cast a DoT of your choice on a target.
2. See that the duration gets too high sometimes.
